The customs police and the Palestinian Certified Public Accountants Association hold a workshop in Ramallah

Ramallah _ 9/19/2022 The Directorate of Customs Control in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate and the suburbs of Jerusalem, represented by its Director, Lt. Col. Abdul Karim Basaita and the directors of the departments in the Directorate, and Mr. Ghassan Soufan, a representative of the Board of Directors and members and employees of the Association of Certified Public Accountants, held a workshop today. Monday at the Al-Ratno Hotel in Ramallah
Where the Lt. Col. Basaita opened the workshop and conveyed the greetings of the Commander of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, to all the attendees. He also welcomed the attendees and praised the distinguished relationship and true partnership with the auditors.
The workshop attendees emphasized the work partnership, enhancing tax culture among taxpayers, and overcoming daily obstacles in accordance with the law.
At the end of the workshop, the customs police force was thanked for its important role in protecting the Palestinian economy, and for its positive interaction with the public and auditors, and for the speed in reading the financial statements of the taxpayer.
