The Customs Police Department dealt with 72 cases during the past week in cooperation with partner agencies
The most prominent ones are as follows:
 39 cases, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, with the aim of improving state revenues and supplying the treasury with funds, during which they dealt with:
- 27 tax and customs cases and transfer of taxpayers to the Ministry.
- 6 cases of goods coming from Israel that did not carry a clearing invoice.
- 6 cases in the field of smuggled tobacco banned from circulation.
31 cases in cooperation with the Ministries of National Economy and Health to prevent the spread of spoiled and smuggled goods and settlement goods and to protect the nutritional health of citizens, the most prominent of which are:
- More than 2 tons of expired food and cleaning materials and 31 kg of broiler chickens unfit for consumption were seized, and all seized items were destroyed.
- 240 liters of energy drinks that violated instructions and were delivered to the competent authorities.
- 50 packages of creams in violation of mandatory instructions by the Ministry of Health.
One issue in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture
- 1,000 laying hens were seized without an agricultural transport permit and were handed over to the competent authorities.
One issue in cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.
- 43 postal parcels that did not have licenses were seized and were delivered to the competent authorities.
