Ramallah_11/9/2024 Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture, Professor Rizk Salimia, and His Excellency the Governor of Jericho and Jordan Valley, Dr. Hussein Hamayel: The Customs Police participated today, Wednesday, in the opening of the 2024 Dates Season in Jericho and Jordan Valley Governorate, in the presence of representatives of the security establishment, directors of civil institutions, and representatives of national factions.
During the opening, His Excellency the Minister of Agriculture, Professor Salimia, praised the role of the Customs Police in combating settlement dates and monitoring markets to protect consumers from spoiled goods. He also stressed the importance of continuous cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and the Customs Police in enhancing food security and supporting national products.
