Customs Police receives His Excellency the Governor of Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley, Ahmad Al-Asaad

Ramallah_12/1/2024 The Director of the Customs Police in Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley, Lieutenant Colonel Saad Sayel, received His Excellency the Governor of Tubas and the Northern Jordan Valley, Brother Ahmad Al-Asaad, today, Sunday, at the headquarters of the agency in the governorate, in the presence of the Public Relations Committee of the Security Institution.
During the meeting, Governor Al-Asaad was briefed on the achievements of the Customs Police during the current year, praising its efforts and vital role in protecting the national economy. Al-Asaad stressed his commitment to providing all forms of support to the agency to enhance its efforts in combating smuggling and protecting the Palestinian market.
For his part, Lieutenant Colonel Sayel reviewed the most prominent achievements of the Customs Police, which include protecting the national economy, providing food and health security for citizens, organizing and facilitating commercial movement, and combating all forms of smuggling that threaten the stability of the Palestinian market.
In another context, the Director of Customs Police in Tubas Governorate, Lieutenant Colonel Saad Sayel, received in his office the Director of Military Liaison, Brigadier General Tamer Arafa, the Director of the Supply and Equipment Authority, Captain Adi Jabareen, and the Gender Committee of the Security Institution in the Governorate. This came to discuss ways of joint cooperation and discuss related issues and interest.
