Ramallah - 12/1/2024 In the presence of the teaching staff and with translation by a sign language interpreter for the deaf: The Public Relations and Media Department of the Customs Officer gave an awareness lecture to students of the Deaf School of the Islamic Society, today, Sunday, in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, from which (50) male and female students benefited.
This came within the officer's program to spread awareness of the nature of its work, role and tasks in protecting markets, combating tax evasion and customs smuggling, combating illegal goods, and the impact of the Israeli war on the Palestinian economy, and emphasizing the need to submit reports in the event of detecting any illegal products in the markets, by communicating via the toll-free number (132) or via the Customs Officer's social media sites.
