Customs Police Participate in Lighting the Torch of the 60th Contemporary Palestinian Revolution in Salfit Governorate

Ramallah_5/1/2025 Today, Sunday, the Customs Police participated with the masses of our people in Salfit Governorate in lighting the torch of the 60th Contemporary Palestinian Revolution of the "Fatah" movement, in the presence of a number of members of the Central Committee and the Revolutionary Council, in addition to official and civil figures, representatives of security and civil institutions, and crowds of citizens.
The participants in the event stressed the role of the security services in protecting the Palestinian national project and supporting the rule of law, stressing that lighting the torch is a renewal of the pledge of allegiance to the "Fatah" movement and a support for the Palestinian struggle in facing challenges.
The event witnessed many speeches that emphasized the unity of the Palestinian ranks, the importance of strengthening national reconciliation, and the necessity of confronting all attempts that aim to destabilize and destabilize the Palestinian territories. The speeches also stressed the Palestinian people's adherence to their established rights, and the importance of the role played by the Fatah movement in achieving the goals of the Palestinian people and liberating their land, stressing that legitimate resistance must be under the umbrella of Palestinian legitimacy and within the framework of national law.
In a separate context, Salfit Governor Major General Dr. Abdullah Kamil honored the Customs Police Department, represented by Lieutenant Colonel Saed Jibril, today, Sunday, in appreciation of their role in the success of the medical day activities held in the village of Yasouf. Major General Kamil praised the efforts of the department in providing awareness lectures that contributed to raising the level of awareness of the residents, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation between institutions to serve the community and improve public health.
In turn, Lieutenant Colonel Saed Jibril expressed his thanks to the governor for this honor, stressing the commitment of the Customs Police Department to continue serving the community and enhancing community awareness.
