Ramallah_ 15/1/2025 The Customs Police Department, represented by the Director of the Anti-Corruption and Inspection Department, Colonel/ Lutfi Nasser, participated today, Wednesday, in the workshop on the strategic plan of the General Administration of Customs, Excise and Value Added Tax, which was held at the Carmel Hotel in Ramallah in cooperation with the EPICS program funded by FCDO.
The workshop was opened by the Director General of Customs, Excise and Value Added Tax, Assistant Undersecretary/ Majdi Al-Hassan, in the presence of the Director General of the General Administration of Income Tax, Ms./ Mai Abu Alia, and the Director General of the General Administration of Tax Computers, Brother/ Nidal Taama, in addition to all directors of the Customs, Excise and Value Added Tax offices.
The workshop aimed to review the main points of the strategic plan for revenues, discuss the most prominent challenges and developments facing this vital sector, in addition to obtaining feedback from the participants to enhance performance efficiency and achieve the desired goals.
