Ramallah_24/3/2025. While working at a checkpoint today, Monday, in Bethlehem Governorate, the Customs Police seized (127) pieces of banned plastic bead toys. These toys are banned from Palestinian markets due to the harm they cause to citizens' safety.
After summoning the competent authority at the Ministry of National Economy, the order was issued to destroy the quantity and complete the legal procedures.
The Customs Police calls on citizens to refrain from trading, selling, or promoting these toys, and to report any entity selling them by calling the toll-free number 132 or via the Customs Police official page on the social networking site (Facebook).
The Customs Police confirms its continued monitoring of markets and taking the necessary legal action against violators, to preserve consumer safety.
