Ramallah - April 13, 2025 - The Commander of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, met with the Commander of the National Security Forces, Rear Admiral Al-Abed Ibrahim Khalil, today, Sunday, at the forces' headquarters in Ramallah, to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation.
During the meeting, Major General Barakat congratulated Major General Khalil on receiving the confidence of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas and his appointment as Commander of the National Security Forces, praising his national role. He also presented him with an honorary shield.
For his part, Major General Khalil welcomed Major General Barakat, expressing his thanks and appreciation for this generous gesture. He emphasized the importance of strengthening joint cooperation to serve the nation and our people.
