Banned plastic bead toys seized in Hebron Governorate

Ramallah_2/6/2025 Today, Monday, during a routine patrol in Hebron Governorate, the Customs Police seized a vehicle coming from Israel carrying approximately (500) plastic bead toys and (380,000) beads banned from circulation in the Palestinian market due to the harm they cause to children's health and safety.
After summoning the competent authority at the Ministry of National Economy, the seizures were ordered to be impounded pending the completion of legal procedures.
The Customs Police urges citizens not to trade, sell, or promote these toys, and to report any entity selling them by calling the toll-free number (132) or via the Customs Police official page on the social networking site (Facebook).
The Customs Police confirms its continued monitoring and prosecution of violators and holding them accountable in accordance with the law
