Ramallah - July 20, 2025. Colonel Fadi Abu Al-Qarn, Director of the Customs Police in Nablus Governorate, participated in the welcome of Interior Minister, Major General Ziad Hab Al-Rih, today, Sunday, at the Governorate House in Nablus. The reception was attended by His Excellency Governor Ghassan Daghlas and directors of the governorate's security establishment.
Major General Hab Al-Rih noted that the Ministry of Interior believes that security is a collective responsibility and can only be achieved through a true partnership between security and civil institutions and with the support and assistance of the local community. He added that the primary goal is to protect citizens, preserve their dignity, and strengthen the rule of law as a constant reference in the face of all challenges.
