Ramallah _ 4/10/2022 The Commander of the Customs Police Department, Major General/ Iyad Barakat, in the presence of the authority’s leadership, honored: Director of the Central Operations Department Colonel/ Amin Tamizah, Director of the Administrative Affairs Department Colonel/ Dr. Ahmed Bisharat, Director of the Security Department, Lt. Col. Hamdallah Qadah, Legal Adviser to the Agency Lt. Col. Mamoun Al-Abed, Director of the Customs Control Directorate in Ramallah, Al-Bireh and the suburbs of Jerusalem, Lt. Col. Abdul Karim Basaita, and Deputy Director of the Control and Inspection Department Lt. Col. Nidal Al-Saifi.

This came in appreciation of the important and effective role presented by the directors of the central administrations and governorates in the customs police apparatus, and in appreciation and gratitude for the distinguished giving and the efforts made to elevate the work of the agency over the past period.

The honor comes in order to develop work mechanisms in order to preserve the distinguished role that the agency has reached, in cooperation with partner agencies and the relevant security agencies in protecting the national economy and combating smuggling in all its forms.
