Ramallah - July 27, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority at the Ministry of National Economy, seized more than 200 kilograms of food and cleaning supplies unfit for consumption today, Sunday, in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. These supplies had expired and could pose significant health risks to consumers if consumed or used. Therefore, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantities in a safe and healthy manner and to complete the legal procedures accordingly.
