Ramallah - July 28, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority at the Ministry of National Economy, seized 120 kilograms of food items unfit for consumption today, Monday, in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate. This was due to the expired food items, as consuming them could pose significant health risks to consumers. Therefore, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantities in a safe and healthy manner and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
