Ramallah, August 4, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality's Health Department - Food Control Department, seized more than a quarter ton of food unfit for consumption today, Monday, in Jenin. This was due to the food's expiration date, as consuming it could pose significant health risks to consumers. Therefore, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
