Ramallah – August 18, 2025. Customs officers, while working at a checkpoint in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, seized a vehicle carrying (262) liters of milk, which had been transported improperly and without refrigeration.
The competent authority at the Ministry of Health was immediately summoned, which conducted the necessary tests and found a defect in the production date. Furthermore, the transportation process was carried out in an unsafe manner and did not comply with health standards, rendering it unfit for consumption.
Based on this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
