Ramallah, August 19, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized approximately 800 kg of food and cleaning supplies unfit for consumption today, Tuesday, in Jenin Governorate. These supplies had expired and could pose significant health risks to consumers if consumed or used. Therefore, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantities in a safe and healthy manner and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
