Ramallah - August 21, 2025. Based on information, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the Public Safety Committee, seized approximately 200 kg of meat unfit for human consumption inside a butcher shop in the Hebron Governorate today, Thursday. The meat was found to be improperly stored, showing signs of spoilage. Consuming it could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the relevant authorities in the Hebron Health Directorate approved the safe and proper disposal of the meat and the completion of legal procedures.
