Ramallah - September 1, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized approximately 7.5 tons of unfit food and fruit in Jenin today, Monday, due to signs of spoilage. Consuming them could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
