The Customs Police Department handled 80 cases last week, in cooperation with partner agencies.

30 cases were handled in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance to improve state revenues and replenish the treasury. These cases are detailed as follows:
- 15 tax and customs cases, including the transfer of taxpayers to the Ministry to complete their commercial transactions.
- Two cases involved goods arriving from Israel without a clearing invoice.
- 13 cases related to smuggled tobacco, which is prohibited due to its economic damage and drain on the state treasury.
40 cases were handled in cooperation with the Ministries of Economy and Health to prevent the spread of spoiled, counterfeit, and settlement goods, and to ensure health security. These cases include:
- Approximately 8.5 tons of expired food and 8.5 tons of mangoes unfit for human consumption were seized, all of which were destroyed.
- Approximately 800 packages of unlicensed creams and stimulants were seized and handed over to the relevant authorities.
- 124 packages and 35 kg of banned drugs and stimulants were seized and handed over to the relevant authorities.
Two cases were conducted in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture:
- 8.25 tons of dates were seized without an agricultural permit and handed over to the relevant authorities.
Five cases were conducted in cooperation with the Ministry of Telecommunications and Digital Economy, during which:
1,073 Israeli SIM cards and 27 packages were seized, all of which are banned from circulation in the Palestinian market and were handed over to the relevant authorities.
Three cases were conducted in cooperation with the Environmental Quality Authority, during which:
23 tons of settlement waste, in violation of agreements and laws, were seized and returned to their source.
The Customs Police Department calls on citizens to contribute by submitting reports of spoiled and expired goods via the department's toll-free hotline 132 or via the department's official Facebook page.
