Ramallah - September 8, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, with the support of security services and in cooperation with the relevant authority in the Public Safety Committee, seized approximately a quarter ton of food items unfit for consumption today, Monday, in Hebron. This was due to the expired food items, as consuming them could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the relevant authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
