Ramallah, September 11, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized 120 kg of fruit (peaches) unfit for human consumption today, Thursday, in Jenin Governorate. This fruit showed signs of spoilage, as consuming it could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and to complete the legal procedures accordingly.
