Ramallah_16/9/2025 During inspection tours of shops and markets: The Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized today, Tuesday, in Jenin Governorate, approximately (450) kg of food items and (6,000) packages of scented tissues unfit for human consumption due to their expiration date and the appearance of signs of spoilage. Consuming and using them could result in significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a healthy and safe manner and to complete the legal procedures accordingly.
