Ramallah_September 20, 2025 During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized a ton and a half of frozen chicken meat unfit for human consumption today, Saturday, in Jenin Governorate. This was due to signs of spoilage and contamination. Consuming it could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the seized quantity in a safe and healthy manner and to complete the legal procedures accordingly.
