Ramallah_24/9/2025 Based on information and after a search warrant was issued by the Public Prosecution: Customs officers, with the support of security services and in cooperation with the competent authority at the Ministry of National Economy, seized today, Wednesday, inside a warehouse in the Hebron Governorate, food, mixed drinks, and candy unfit for consumption due to their expiration date. Consuming them could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the seized quantity in a safe and healthy manner and refer the case to the Public Prosecution Office for Economic Crimes to complete the legal procedures according to the proper procedures.
