Ramallah_September 25, 2025 During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized approximately 350 kg of food items unfit for human consumption today, Thursday, in Jenin Governorate. This was due to the expired food items, as consuming them could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and complete the legal procedures accordingly.
