Ramallah, September 25, 2025. The Customs Police Department participated in the "Training of Trainers - Document Forgery" program, held at the Police Academy in Cairo, Egypt. Sponsored and funded by the European Union and organized by the European Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL), the program aims to enhance capacity and build competencies in the field of forgery detection and trainer training.
Participating from the Customs Police Department were Captain Hussein Wahdan, the legal advisor of the Tubas Directorate, and Captain Ashraf Al-Tamizi, from the Planning and Training Department.
This participation is an important step in the department's efforts to develop the skills of its personnel and enhance their readiness to combat forgery crimes, which will positively impact the protection of the national economy and the promotion of the rule of law.
