Ramallah - October 5, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Jenin Municipality Health Department - Food Control Department, seized approximately a quarter ton of unfit food today, Sunday, in Jenin. This was due to the expiration date, as consuming it could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and to complete the legal procedures accordingly.
