Ramallah - October 15, 2025. During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the competent authority in the Food Control Department of the Jenin Municipality, seized approximately 100 kg of unfit food in Jenin Governorate today, Wednesday. This was due to the expiration date, as consuming it could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Given this, the competent authority decided to destroy the quantity in a safe and healthy manner and to complete the legal procedures accordingly.
