Honoring Sister Raed/Amira Daoud in Recognition of Her Efforts in Supporting Gender Issues

 

Ramallah - 26/10/2025 On behalf of the Director of the Customs Police, Major General Iyad Barakat, the Director of the Customs Police in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate and the Jerusalem Suburbs, Brigadier General Wael Al-Anati, honored Raed Engineer/Amira Daoud, Director of Public Relations and Gender at the Directorate, in recognition of her distinguished efforts and continuous contributions in supporting gender issues and enhancing the institution's image in the media.

This honoring took place in the presence of the Head of the Advisory Committee for Gender Units, Colonel Wafaa Khader, the Gender Coordinator in the Security Directorates, Colonel Fawaz Abu Makhkho, and members of the Gender Advisory Committee and the Gender Committee in the Security Directorates. The ceremony was held on the occasion of Palestinian Women's National Day, which embodies the role of Palestinian and Arab women in the journey of giving and achievement, and affirms their leading position as an active partner in building the nation and strengthening its institutions.
