Ramallah, November 4, 2025 - Assistant Commander of the Customs Police, Colonel Ahmed Bisharat, representing Commander Major General Iyad Barakat, participated in the graduation ceremony for the second cohort of the Leadership Development Program and the launch of the third cohort. The ceremony was organized by the National School of Administration at its headquarters in Abu Shkheidem village, northwest of Ramallah.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa, and in the presence of several members of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, members of the Fatah Central Committee, a number of governors, Arab and foreign ambassadors, as well as security officials and representatives of ministries and official institutions.
The ceremony included official speeches emphasizing the importance of the National School in preparing Palestinian leadership cadres and building human capacity based on merit and equal opportunities. Certificates were awarded to the 26 graduates of the second cohort, and the third cohort of 29 trainees from various civilian and military sectors was welcomed.
