Ramallah – 20/11/2025 During a routine patrol, the Customs Police in Hebron Governorate seized a vehicle containing approximately 300 kg of adulterated olive oil deemed unfit for consumption, as confirmed by tests conducted by the relevant authorities.
Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the confiscation of the seized goods and referred the case to the Economic Crimes Prosecution for further legal proceedings.
In a separate incident, the Customs Police, while operating at a checkpoint in Hebron Governorate on Thursday, seized approximately 1,240 boxes of energy drinks due to the absence of labels in Arabic detailing essential information such as expiration date, country of origin, ingredients, storage instructions, product name, and other relevant details.
Upon contacting the relevant department at the Ministry of National Economy, the seized quantity was confiscated, and the case was referred to the Economic Crimes Prosecution for further legal action.
