Ramallah – November 30, 2025: Major General Iyad Barakat, Commander of the Customs Police, extended his warmest congratulations to the Fatah Youth on the success of its General Conference in the northern governorates, which was held in Ramallah, under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen).

Major General Barakat praised this achievement, which reflects the spirit of organization and national belonging, emphasizing that the Fatah Youth has been and remains a fundamental pillar in the struggle and nation-building process.

Major General Barakat explained that youth are the foundation of the future and the makers of change, stressing the importance of their role in strengthening community participation and consolidating national values ​​within state and societal institutions.

Major General Barakat wished the members of the Youth continued success in their leading role and their contribution to achieving the goals of the Palestinian national project, culminating in the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital, under the leadership of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas.
