Ramallah – December 29, 2025 As part of the intensive efforts undertaken by the Customs Police to protect the Palestinian market and prevent the entry of illegal goods, the agency, in cooperation with the relevant department at the Ministry of Agriculture, seized a truck loaded with four tons of dates coming from Israel into Tubas Governorate on Monday. The sale of these dates in the Palestinian market is prohibited, as it is restricted by a decision from the Ministry of Agriculture to support local produce.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the impounding of the seized goods, and the case was referred to the Economic Crimes Prosecution for further legal proceedings.
