Ramallah - January 4, 2026 - The Customs Police Directorate in Nablus Governorate, represented by its Director, Colonel Fadi Abu al-Qarn, participated today, Sunday, in commemorating the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Major Rashid Shaqou, an officer in the General Intelligence Service, who was martyred while performing his national duty in the "Protecting the Homeland" campaign in Jenin refugee camp.

The event was attended by the Governor of Nablus Governorate, Ghassan Daghlas, directors of security agencies, and the Secretary of the Fatah Movement, Muhammad Hamdan.

At the end of the event, Colonel Abu al-Qarn presented a plaque of honor on behalf of the Customs Police to the martyr's family.
