Ramallah – January 6, 2026 – During a routine patrol, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant department at the Ministry of Economy, seized 1.25 tons of nuts unfit for human consumption in Nablus Governorate on Tuesday. The nuts lacked any expiration date information and showed signs of spoilage and decay, posing a significant health risk to consumers.

The relevant authorities ordered the confiscation of the seized quantity pending completion of the necessary legal procedures.
