Ramallah, January 6, 2026 - Colonel Fadi Abu Al-Qarn, Director of the Customs Police in Nablus Governorate, participated today, Tuesday, in the inauguration of the memorial to National Duty Martyr First Lieutenant Ibrahim Jumaa Al-Qaddumi, a member of the Preventive Security Service, in front of the Service's headquarters in Nablus Governorate.
This participation affirmed the unity of the national stance, expressed appreciation for the sacrifices of the martyrs who fell while performing their duty to protect the security and stability of the homeland, and reinforced the values of loyalty and national belonging.
The event was attended by the Governor of Nablus, Ghassan Daghlas, leaders and directors of the security services, representatives of the Palestinian National Liberation Movement "Fatah," as well as the martyr's family, relatives, and colleagues.
