Ramallah - January 11, 2026: Customs officers, while operating at a checkpoint in Hebron on Sunday, seized a truck containing approximately 1,750 kg of confectionery ingredients (baking powder and vanilla) unfit for human consumption due to improper storage.

The relevant department at the Ministry of Health was summoned and ordered the destruction of the entire quantity using safe and hygienic methods, and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
