Ramallah - January 19, 2026: During routine inspections of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant departments of the Ministries of Health and Agriculture, seized approximately 1 ton of honey unfit for human consumption in a warehouse in Jenin on Monday. The honey was adulterated, and its consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the confiscation of the honey and referred the case to the Economic Crimes Prosecution Office to complete the necessary legal procedures.
