Ramallah – January 21, 2026 – Based on information received, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the relevant departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Hebron Municipality Health Department, seized 350 kg of meat unfit for human consumption today, Wednesday, at a butcher shop in Hebron Governorate. The meat was deemed unfit due to improper storage, which had led to signs of spoilage. Consuming this meat could pose significant health risks to consumers.
Consequently, the Hebron Health Directorate ordered the destruction of the meat using safe and sanitary methods, and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
