Ramallah – February 3, 2026 – As part of joint security operations and ongoing efforts to protect public health and safety, the Customs Police and Preventive Security Service, in cooperation with the relevant department at the Ministry of Industry, seized five tons of dates unfit for human consumption in a warehouse in Nablus Governorate on Tuesday. The dates showed signs of spoilage and decay, and their consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the confiscation of the seized quantity and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
