Ramallah – February 6, 2026: Customs officers, while operating at a checkpoint in Tulkarm Governorate on Friday, seized approximately 50 kg of meat and poultry unfit for human consumption. The products showed signs of spoilage, and their consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

After summoning representatives from the Ministries of National Economy and Health, it was decided to destroy the seized quantity using safe and sanitary methods, and to complete the necessary legal procedures.
