46 Tons of Expired Flour and Semolina Seized in Nablus

Ramallah - 9/2/2026 In a joint security operation, the Customs Police and Preventive Security forces seized 46 tons of flour and semolina unfit for human consumption in a warehouse in Nablus Governorate on Monday. The flour and semolina were found to be expired and showing signs of spoilage. They were being used to counterfeit products and tamper with expiration dates before being resold in the markets.

In the presence of representatives from the Ministries of Health and National Economy, the seized goods were confiscated, and the case was referred to the Economic Crimes Prosecution for further legal proceedings.
