Ramallah – February 11, 2026 – As part of a joint security operation and ongoing efforts to protect public health and safety, the Customs Police and General Intelligence Service seized three tons of pickles and hot sauce unfit for human consumption in a warehouse in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate on Wednesday. The products showed signs of spoilage and had expired, posing a direct threat to consumer health.

The relevant department at the Ministry of Health was consulted and ordered the destruction of the seized quantity using safe and hygienic methods. Legal procedures are being completed in accordance with established protocols.
