Ramallah – February 11, 2026 Governor Mustafa Taqatqa of Salfit Governorate chaired a meeting of the Market Monitoring and Inspection Team on Wednesday. The meeting, organized by the Governorate, is part of ongoing efforts to control prices, ensure the availability of essential goods, and protect consumer rights. Representatives from security and official institutions participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, the Governor stressed the need to intensify field monitoring in the coming period and to deal firmly with any violations related to prices or the quality of goods. He emphasized that protecting citizens and ensuring the safety of goods offered in the markets is a top priority, especially with the approach of the holy month of Ramadan.
