Ramallah – February 15, 2026 The Customs Police, represented by the Deputy Director of the Nablus Directorate, Lieutenant Colonel Muhannad Al-Deek, participated in the preparatory meeting chaired by His Excellency the Minister of National Economy, Engineer Muhammad Al-Amour, in preparation for regulating and controlling markets during the holy month of Ramadan.

The meeting was attended by the Governor of Nablus, Mr. Ghassan Daghlas, along with directors of security agencies, representatives of official and media institutions, members of the Public Safety Committee, and a number of institutions and organizations in the governorate.

Following the meeting, a field inspection tour was conducted of several factories, marking the launch of the national Ramadan campaign to monitor and regulate markets and commercial factories in all governorates, beginning in Nablus.
