Ramallah - February 16, 2026: During inspection tours of shops and markets, the Customs Police, in cooperation with the Palestinian Police, the Ministry of National Economy, the Ministry of Health, and the Jenin Municipality's Food Control Department, seized approximately 200 kg of food and meat unfit for human consumption in Jenin Governorate on Monday. The products showed signs of spoilage, and their consumption could pose significant health risks to consumers.

Consequently, the relevant authorities ordered the destruction of the seized quantity using safe and hygienic methods and the completion of all necessary legal procedures.
