Customs Police Participate in Field Tour to Inspect Forces Operating in Tulkarm

 

Ramallah – March 18, 2026 – The Customs Police participated in a field tour in Tulkarm on Wednesday, in the presence of representatives of the security establishment in the governorate. This tour was part of ongoing monitoring of patrols operating in the field in the lead-up to Eid al-Fitr.

The tour aimed to enhance field readiness and improve coordination among the various security agencies, contributing to the maintenance of security and public order, and ensuring a safe environment for citizens during the shopping period and preparations for the holiday.

During the tour, emphasis was placed on the importance of intensifying market monitoring and commercial activity, and dealing firmly with any violations that threaten the health and safety of citizens, while continuing joint efforts to serve the people and strengthen security and stability.

In a separate event, the Public Relations Committee of the security establishment in Tulkarm Governorate organized a group Iftar (fast-breaking meal) on Wednesday for students of Al-Quds Elementary School. Representatives of the security establishment and the school's administrative and teaching staff were in attendance.

Attendees stressed the importance of such initiatives in supporting the educational process and strengthening ties between the security establishment and the education sector. The breakfast was filled with warmth and affection, and gifts were distributed to the students on the occasion of the approaching Eid al-Fitr, to bring joy and happiness to their hearts.
