Ramallah – March 24, 2026 – The Customs Police seized a truck loaded with 8 tons of dates produced in settlements while operating at a checkpoint in Bethlehem Governorate on Tuesday.

Consequently, the relevant department at the Ministry of National Economy was summoned, and the seized goods were impounded. The case was referred to the Public Prosecution to complete the necessary legal procedures.

The Customs Police urges citizens not to purchase or trade settlement products, as this violates applicable laws and regulations.
