Ramallah - March 30, 2026 - The Customs Police, in cooperation with the Public Safety Committee, conducted an inspection tour of markets in the town of Bidya, west of Salfit Governorate, on Monday.

The tour aimed to raise public awareness and promote food safety measures to protect citizens' health and well-being. The tour also focused on verifying the quality, suitability, and compliance of goods with health standards and specifications, as well as monitoring prices and ensuring merchants' adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

The Customs Police affirmed its continued efforts to monitor markets to guarantee the availability of safe and healthy products for citizens.
